Mission Statement
MISSION STATEMENT

I swear to maintain the highest professional standards in the conduct of my Criminal Defense Practice. I promise to support the Constitution of the United States and the Constitution of the State of California, and to discharge the duties of an attorney at law to the best of my knowledge and ability; I further promise to fight to protect my clients right to freely exercise their religion, whatever it may be, their right to freedom of speech whether I agree with that speech or not, and the rights of my clients to assemble, without regard for their race, nationality, political affiliation, or the purpose of that assembly; I promise to protect my clients right to bear arms and to assemble for the purpose of exercising a militia and to further stand against the State to preserve my clients' right to privacy and particularly their right to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, computers and effects; I promise to defend my clients with all of my God-given abilities, against unreasonable searches and seizures, and to assure that the Government's showing of probable cause for the issuing of a warrant was reasonable and lawful; I promise to fight with all my might to assure that my clients not be compelled to be a witness against themselves and that my clients not be deprived of life, liberty or property without due process of law. Finally, I promise to God that I will fight the Government as hard as I can on behalf of my clients to assure that they shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial by an impartial jury, to be informed of the nature and cause of an accusation made, and confront the witness against them; So help me God.
